3 Easy Steps : How to make Idli

Ingredients:
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
2 cups par-boiled rice
3 tbsp thick rice flakes
salt

Step 1:
First To Combine the 1/2 cup urad dal and fenugreek seeds, and enough water in a deep bowl and mix well. keep aside to soak for 4 to 5 hours. In Other side Combine the parboiled rice and thick rice flakes, and enough water in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep aside to soak for 4 hours.Then blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using approx. 1 cup of water. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and keep it aside for 12 hour.

Step 2:
mix the batter well once again and pour spoonfulls of the batter into greased idli moulds.

Step 3:
Steam an idli in steamer till they are cooked.Then Reddy Hot idli serv it with sambhar and coconut chutney .end enjoy.
